i woke up at 930am
lab was at 830am
i called my lab partner up n she didnt pick up her fone or reply my text.
fine.
she didnt turn up last week either n left me alone to be grilled by the prof who was really mean to me.
drove down to gardens
there can only be one solution.
"hi how can i help u today?"
" doc, im going to fall sick, i can feel it"
"whats wrong with u?"
" i have a splitting headache. (point to my front n theback of my head"
"do u feel any nausea ?"
"nope.."
"have u been sleepin well?"
"nope..not sleepin well at all"
"so the headache started today?"
"yeap"
"are u studying right now or workin?"
"yeah studyin., doc i dont want to go to sch today, i have to drive alll the way up n im not feelin gd at all. "
"will u be missing any exams or test?"
"nope. just a 3 hr lab"
"eee.. why u choose such a course"
"please dont rub it in"
" do a 3 yr course n get over n done with it la"
" yeah i wish.. anyway do u have vacancies for part-timers?"
"eh not at the moment but i cant afford an undergrad"
" no la... im easy. just the weekends or something."
" ur particulars are the same on the card right? okay. i'll call u if we need help"
"anyway u have what we call a tension headache where u feel like ur head is pounding n it's gonna explode. so basically u neeed to rest more n dont think too much. dont worryquite common la .. i'll give u some medicine to ease the pain for u yah?"
$25 on an mC, i wish i woke up earlier mann.
i have to make up lab next week.
i have 2 reports to submit by wednesday.
