HapPY 51st Birthday daddy : )

Woke up at 130pm
n it felt weird not havin to rush to anywhere to study hahahaa.

changed n went downstairs n saw my daddy reading the papers.
I wished him happy happy bday n asked him what were his plans for the day.
he wasnt playin mahjong which was good.
i spent the entire day next to him.
watched tv by his side, ate next to him, read the papers next to him.
usually i'll be holed up in my room. surfing the net lazing the day away.
but today it felt nice just hanging out..

we watched a korean drama show together gee mann.. korean directors r damn good at this love thingy. Korean shows r addictive haha my daddy said he was only watching it cos they had english sub-titles.

we only decided to get dinner at 8pm.
I thought of Brazil churrascaria at first but they were fully booked til 9pm,
then i booked Carnivore at ChijMes since it served brazil cuisine as well.
when we were on the road, my daddy calls to say he was feelin a lil too stuffed up.
He wld actually prefer to do Japanese food along mohd sultan road. so off we went....

i was drivin behind them the entire time until we got to the CTE which was so jammed.
there r SO MANY CARS in SINGAPORE. mygdness me..

after walkin the row across Double O, we settled for this one next to TCC at robertson walk. it was pretty packed n it looked authentic n quaint. then i was very happy to have authentic jap food in front of me. i think i can go jap everyday. haaha sushie dollie what.

i followed him. asahi beer for the man n me.

we each had 2 of the fresh oysters. it was COLD n soury salty YUM YUM.

sashimi moriawase platter . there was somethinserved that was not quite the usual. they had a piece of some egg thingy.. i felt so evil. eating all the little eggs.

possibly a million round eggs in this huge chunk u think?

the best chawanmushi i've tasted

so smooooth. the soup was tasty n the little bamboo shoots made it even better.

scallop was grilled in butter. there was too much butter n no garlic, was damn Jelat mann..

i was tryin so hard not to smile with my teeth.

cos mom complains i look ugly when i smile with my teeth.

after havin rice n wagyu beef, we basically just sat down n stoned a lil while; we were sooo stuffed. the portions were tiny but it was enough. maybe cos the food was quite rich.

then it was time to cut the cake...it wasnt really a cake hehe

.i mean i could have just gotten a cake on my way from gardens or awfully choc... but yeah i went to canele's before meetin them for dinner cos i figured havin a variety of cakes was rather cute n different n pretty on the eyes...

"make a wish dad!"

he blew out the candle.

he was happy.

he said it was a brilliant idea.

glad he loved the idea.but we were too stuffed to fnish it.tehee

he messed with my fone n he saw this picture on my wallapper.

he looked at it for a while n he said.

" whose tummy is this?"

"mine la"

haha i think he was tryin to be cool about it oh welll...he's damn open minded i've ever asked him how would he feel if he ever saw me on a men's magazine in a bikini? n he said he was fine..cos im still clothed what. haha : )

we drove home n we talked about retirement and soccer.he's only 30 years older than me. haha when im 31 he'll be 61! icks!! hahahaa

its only 1030m right now n im so tempted to head down to Home but i figured it is my old man's bday today. not nice to leave him alone. so im gonna watch soccer with him later.his fav team is arsenal n man utd. teeheee

happy birthday dad.
it was a scary year for him cos i thought i was almost gonna lose him at one point of time. my dad is the sweetest n is the most understanding man in my life.

love him to bits, love him for loving my mommy so much.

love him for always tryin to give me the best that he can within his means. he loved me so much he never dared laid a finger on me even though i was such a naughty kid , he always talked very nicely to me. he taught me how to swim. he'll turn up for my netball matches. bought me my two pet hamsters. usually chinese men wld think twice about loving somebody else's kid but this man here... loves me so much. i can never ever repay the love he has showered n sheltered me with.

dad bought me this bossini outfit. he use to take me kite flyin at marina south every weekend.see how much he loves me ? : )
