i thought of the retro gold watch that i wanted.
i suggested mustafa but mIGU said no la.... go to peninsula plaza better
i've never been to peninsula plaza n since granny's day out was there i thought why not just go ahead and check out the place...


he brought me to a watch shop and inside there was this cute little bird who was playin by itself...

n i found my retro ah peh watch

walked around and spotted granny's day out but they were closed!

they were suppose to be open by 1pm n we walked somemore and suddenly one old man squatted on the floor to open the door... chey i was expecting some graceful elegant laydee ,,

walked around, it was 1ish but most shops were still closed.. : )

i thought the displays were nice.. very much a guy;s place

toys/cameras *electronic stuff/watches/shoes/retro-ish furniture/records

took a walk outside n fell in love with the firestation..ialwasy drive past it but i never really stopped to look at it??

walking has it's perks. u actually take ur time and observe ur surroundings more. ahhh i love days spent like this just walking and amusing myself with new things... : )

i had an apptment for facial at 2pm and did my nails after otheriwse i'll never have the time to make it..cos they(facial) dont open on weekends

my complexion has been so bad i think it's cos im always in the rush and the late nights and early gettin up...i'm a 12hr sleep baby..if i dont get my sleep i get grouchy n tired but oh welll... office life is soo scary... i dont think i look forward to working mann.. i actually love school life.

this was after piling on the foundation n concealor cos of the red spots after facial.. i was gonna meet mery n perry later in the night for makan n shoppingg

i bought mIgs his xmas pressie : ) teeheee n i still have a long list to shop for...

i saw the $180 dresss i bought from wanderlust in the store across it ..they sold the black one for $80 n i started screaming when i saw the price tag. tamade. my heart was damn pain la.

so wanderlust is overpriced. the last thing i;ll ever buy from them.what fuckers.

as usual i was too tired to do anything and i went home to sleeep cos work really sucks.

FRiday happens to be my fav day of the week but some weird reason i was very lethargic the entire day. I went home n mom made me have tang yuan..she said it's the chinese birthday of everyone or something like that.. : ) everyone is a year older.

The night was a lil more interesting Chenghan picked me up for dinner. Just when i thought i there is no whereelse to makan, he brought me to waterloo street, behind the art museum, there was a quaint lil colonial house that was transformed to a restaurant/bar/theatre.

Thankful that it didnt rain at all : ) but dint make much of a diff since we were seated inside.

the food was awesome in particularly my main course

it was bacon wrapped veal. : ) ahhhhhhhh haha i cld do another plate hehee

he had a lamb rack n it was yummy as well.

was suppose to meet hailin for a while at winebar but i had my mohjito and i was feelin sleeepy so i suggested watchin a movie at Picturehse instead.SNowcake.,

it was an awesome movie. not becos i cried or i teared but bcos the entire movie was about Love.

not "the HOliday" vibe kinda love.

i think it's a deeper more tangible kinda love. the sort where u actually find in novels n they make u weep like a baby. i thought of my parents. if i was an autistic kid, i was pretty sure my mom wld have raised me the same way they did with Linda. my parents love me so much i know if anything bad happens to me, they'll love me all the same. Then there is Maggie, who just likes men but refuses to commit to anyone. Ahh well : ) the soundtrack was great as wel. dazlious .

after the movie, chenghan passed me a gift. it was a xmas stocking stuffed with little cats. cats from Emily The Strange. ooooh im a new mother of these little furballs.

i like this one in particular. cross-eyed little thing.heehe n he burnt me the dvd of CurIOus george! : ) teehee im mad happy.

it's xmas eve tmrw people. Spend the day with family n friends. im feeelin it.. : ) the whole christmas spirit. n my dad's not leavin..he's leavin only 27th dec so yayyy
