Shanghai Knights + Oriental Beauties

Last night...

we went back in time to the golden era of Shanghai where the ladies wore cheongsams and the men would be decked out in their qi pao with gel-ed hair and smoking pipes.

what was missing was probably gramphones blasting chinese music

i had no cheongsam and i had to find one in the last minute, i was shopping at 3ish at far east plaza and i did my nails so by the time i got home it was already 6?PLus i had no idea what to do with my HAIR. i always dont knowwhat to do withmy hair.

it's like a permanent hair crisis that wont go away.

Dinner was at Mandarin Hotel: pIne court restaurant. i think it was SOngliang who hooked us up on this . THANK U SONGLIANG :::)

our menu which was so rich in chinese goodness we had shark fins(glenn ong will flip), wasabi prawns and pork shoulder,abalone, glutinous rice which was so yummy and i cant seem to rembr but i remembered dessert!

hahaah i know... my cheongsam is actually a tunic but it wldnt look nice with jeans n leggings soo..i didnt care

hehe then we went to bao yi's place for poker n mahjong. i fell asleep while watching the boys play poker.i had to go home hehe. check out mery's blog when she updates she's got plenty of peektures : )

so this is just a lil preview of our fantastic shanghai night.
