it's official Gina and I have the YEt CON connection.


went down to Purvis st with the team for lunch cos we were doin site survey and yes i have some crazy fotos from rooftops again but that's besides the point.
so my day at work was loooong again and i came home for dinner n chill a lil while.
then i nicked my armpit. i felt so angry with myself.
but there is nothing we can do about nicked pits.
that is still beside the point.

i started surfing online for employment opportunities cos i realised I am gonna graduate from sch in a year anyway...I was lookin for a particular dream job.

i heart google.
then gina said she was done from ballet n i picked her up.
today was a bad day in the car though, i drove in circles many times n i was so cross with myself.
it was like the car n i just didnt click.

gina wasn't feeling well but we made it to dempseys wine network to meet johan, pris and friends : )
we were very late. hehehe.but it wasn't till ang arrived did johan's friends say their goodbyes n left the sushiedollies by themselves.

gina loves johan more. she gave him a couture book which she helped in sewing the pages and everything that made the book happen. it was a collaboration between cyril wong and a shop called Books Actually. the title was so cute " The Boy with the Flower that Grew out of his Ass"
hmph. im jealous.but it's a farewell gift. n we'll miss him terribly n the book probably means more to him : ) than me.

on our way home, gina n i talked abt our day. told her about lunch n she told me she was at yet con for dinner too.
n the best part was .... we SAT ON THE SAME SEAT.
if i recall correctly, on march 19 2007, we were both at Yet Con but at different times of the day .


how cooool is that.

i looked at mom's wardrobe, hoping i could steal a cool nice blazer to wear over my pretty paper cut out flower tunic.
but there wasn't a blazer thin enough for our weather or a blazer without the shoulder pads.
i'll stick to cardigans.
funny how we all die outside from the heat but r forced to layer up indoors.
the anti sweat asians.
