HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHAMP!

for the entire week i was devising a plan for a night out with him and his friends
it's amazing how it went so smoothly considering the fact tht i've never met his secondary sch mates before, and it's all thanks to facebook and jackie who made that plan possible.

since dan LOVES film and movies, where else to go but the screening room at ann siang hill.
the venue was perfect...

the theatre where we caught " the lake house" which was romantic but a lil slow for a friday night out for all 12 of us : ) hahahaa

outside the theatre was a teeny lounge which was filled with memorabilia of past movie icons

the stairways down was a colourful sight to behold

n we went down to the basement bar for drinks! : )

so we waited for his friends to arrive and im really thankful they made it

n when the clock strucked 12..

for the bday boy who probably didnt read the msg on the cake
it read:" hooray!dan the man turns 25! with love, all of us"
we were so caught up we didnt even take pics with the cake HAHAthen it was time to put on the hats

everyone was suppose to bring a hat but haha only the close friends did : )

which was of cos perfectly fine : )

thank god for friends for the crazy times and also when the going gets a lil rough and smellly...
n i c e ass hahaa one of the booboos of the night, i was hopin to play :guitar hero on the screen and it wld have been a sight to see pple in crazy hats to compete with plastic guitars strapped arnd their bodies but the management was pretty stingy and of cos i was suppose to book the entire place. but i was sure they cld have provided me with more help. nevertheless, his friends helped so much in making it a fun night out.

after successfully makin him so drunk, i sent him home and when i got home, i cldnt resist takin pics with my silly star hahahaa it was so hard to get the entire star in the picture.

so that was the start of his birthday,we spent the entire next day home and he took me out for dinner : ) hehehee i know its suppose to be the other way round, but im not about to complain!

we were discussing where to eat and we both agreed on angus steak house cos we haven't been there in a loooong time and the steak is always to die for

when the hors d'oeuvres were served....
i was shocked to see that dan was gonna eat his vegetables for the first time?!

.... NOT!

right after he ate that leaf of lettuce, he placed his fork down..
n i ate all his greens up for him
shameless 25 yr old who only eats meat. hahaa :P
we were both stuffed after having our steak..

n how else to end the night but cuddling up to a movie ?we watched " You've Got Mail" featuring tom hanks and meg ryan and it was lovely.i wanted to watch it since forever.tom hanks kept quoting from "the godfather", now i wanna watch that too : )
